Refund policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy for our valued customers. Please review our policy carefully, to avoid any inconvenience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Before Delivery, 10 or More Working Days Before Rental Start Date

You may reschedule your rental to a new future date, subject to availability.

Alternatively, you can receive a gift card to the value of your rental amount, valid for 12 months.

You may also cancel your rental and receive a full refund. Refunds are processed through our payment merchant and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Before Delivery, Within 9 Working Days Before Rental Start Date

If the item has not yet been shipped or collected, you may reschedule your rental to a later date, subject to availability.

You can also receive a gift card to the value of your rental amount, valid for 12 months.

Please note that we are unable to issue a full refund within this period.

Cancellation After Delivery or Collection

Once an item has been sent for delivery or collected, we are unable to issue a refund or reschedule your rental. This is due to costs already incurred, such as delivery, cleaning, and packaging.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through our payment partners, PayStack, and may take 10-14 working days to reflect in your account once the refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. If this is not possible, a gift card or customer credit will be offered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or under the stipulation as described in the above Cancellation and Returns section.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
